Reservation Deposit:
Reservations require full amount be paid at booking.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations cancelled inside 10 days will forfeit 25% of deposit unless vessel is re-rented.  Reservations cancelled inside 48 hours will forfeit 75% of deposit unless vessel is re-rented.  There are no refunds for a no-show.  Dangerous weather conditions, lightening and/or 30 mph winds will result in return of funds or a rain check, pro-rated for any time the boat was already rented.

Security/Damage Deposit:
Upon arrival the day of the rental, a $500.00 security/damage deposit per boat, either in cash or by credit card, is due prior to Renter taking possession of the boat.  The security/damage deposit will be returned after the rental boat is checked out for damage upon return.

Pet Deposit:
A refundable $300 per boat pet deposit is required for pets to be on the boat (Maximum 2).

ALL KAYAK PRICES INCLUDE TAX

Reservation is not required but preferred especially for large parties (amount will be taken at time of reservation).

Cancellation policy follow the same guidelines as boat rental

No damage deposit required. Must sign liability waiver, life Jackets included
